Workout with Ms. Muscle Beach

Today was the first time I’ve seen Abby since her 4th of July overall victory at the Muscle Beach.    Since she missed some workouts (rare for her) due to her travel schedule and competition, she was eager to do a little make-up work.  We were pressed for time because of the day care situation for her cute little girl, Kirsten, so the workout was fast and furious.  We did a light chest and back workout for her benefit, then some hard supersets for bi’s and tri’s for me.  It was a fantastic workout and it was great (as always) to get to see Abby again!  I think I’m even more fired up about her overall win than she is!

Bench Press 4 sets 15-20 reps

Pec fly machine 3 sets 15 reps

Lat pulldowns 4 sets 12-15 reps

Seated cable rows 4 sets 12 reps

Super setted  standing DB curls and DB tricep extensions  5 supersets

10-12 reps on the curls , 15-20 reps on the ext.

Super-setted Rope pushdowns with cable curls 4 supersets 12-15 reps
