Shoulders with Brenda and Katie

Today was another great workout day.  I got to team up with Brenda and Katie again today!  They’re fun to be around, and they’re hot, too!  They always make my workouts even more enjoyable.  Today we blasted shoulders and in between sets we complained about how sore our backs are.

Seated overhead DB Press 7 sets 8-15 reps

DB Lateral Raise  4 sets 10-12 reps

Rear delt machine flys  6 sets 12-15 reps

 Oh yes!!!  I almost forgot to add that our other training partner, Abby, won the short class and Figure Overall at the Muscle Beach in Venice yesterday!  I’m so proud of her!!!!  You can see a few pics of Abby in the current issue of Ironman (Aug).
