Another awesome workout with Abby today! She’s just so full of good energy (even when she’s lying on the floor in between sets) that it really boosts my workouts! My strength is staying up extremely well. My legs, especially my hamstrings, are still pretty sore from my leg workout, but it didn’t hamper my deadlifts. I felt really good through the workout and got a fantastic pump
Partial Deadlifts 6 sets 12-15 reps
Lat Pulldows 4 sets 12-15 reps
Seat cable row 4 sets 10-12 reps
High pulley row 4 sets 10-12 reps
