Chest with Abby


Today was another wonderful day!  I got to workout with gorgeous Abby Marie again!  Abby’s bodyweight and strength are down a little, after competing (already) in 4 shows this year.  My strength is  just a little down as well, but we got an awesome chest workout and had fun doing it!

Bench Press 9 sets 10-20 reps  (Abby was running a few minutes late, so I got some extra sets in while I was waiting on her)

Incline press 5 sets 10-12 reps

Pec Fly Machine 4 sets 12-15 reps

 This morning I weighed 170.5 lbs stripped down and came out to 2.4% bodyfat on the skindex calipers.  All of my skinfold measurements were the lowest they’ve been all year.  Just 4 more days!!!
