Shoulders with Brenda and Katie

Schedules worked out today and I got to train with Brenda and Katie. It sure makes working out more fun! They were really sweet and brought DB’s back and forth to me.

Seated overhead DB press 6 sets 15-25 reps
Lateral raises 5 sets 10-12 reps
Rear Delt Machine flys 5 sets 12-15 reps
