Somehow, I wrote this blog last week before I left for Alaska but didn’t post it. I just found in in my “drafts”. Well, better late than never!
I’ve been slow to get to my blog since last weekend. I had some friends who did really well in contests last Saturday night. My friends/clients, husband and wife team of Barry and Michele Wile traveled to Houston to compete in the NGA Natural USA. Barry placed 2nd in the middle weight class, while Michele was first place in the figure short class.
Meanwhile in San Antonio, my training partner Brenda Mikalajunas was busy winning the figure tall class at the NPC Lackland, and my buddy Charles Fuller (aka Skeletor) continued his win streak with an Overall victory in the men’s open bodybuilding division.
