Abby and I were able to get together today at Lifetime Fitness to do my final leg workout before the Team Universe. She was a little down with soreness and a badly bruised heel, but we got a really good thigh workout none the less. Abby is really strong for her size (113 lbs.) and has some killer quads. Oh, and today we got to see the new issue of Planet Muscle with great photo of Abby on the cover and 10 page feature article on her, with some incredible photos by my friend, Lisa Brewer. Leg Press 7 sets 25-30 reps ( I really felt good and blasted these. 720lbs on my final set for 30 grueling reps)
Squats 6 sets 6-10 reps
Leg curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
Leg ext 5 sets 12-20 reps
