Well, today I got a good chest workout with my gorgeous friend, Brenda. It was great to see her again We haven’t been able to match up schedules for about a week and a half. It was difficult to push hard on bench and incline without tightening my torn hamstring, but somehow I got through it.
Bench press 5 sets 10-12 reps 1 set 20 reps
Incline press 4 sets 12 reps
Machine pec flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
Finally this afternoon I got the results of my MRI. I have a completely ruptured biceps femoris tendon and a torn lateral collateral ligament. I will go in for surgery on Friday. Let the healing begin!!!
