Brenda for shoulders

Brenda made to trip to Hyde Park Gym to train shoulders with me today.  My injured leg is even more swollen.  I had to be really careful.  It wasn’t the best shoulder workout, but I got some stimulation going.  I’m scheduled for surgery tomorrow at 12:45 pm. The biceps femoris (lateral hamstring) tendon is completely ruptured.  I also had a partial tear of the lateral collateral ligament.  Dr. Burns said that the ligament will heal on its own.  He’ll reattach the tedon by drilling a couple of holes and suturing in back down to the bone.

Shoulder workout

Overhead DB press  5 sets 20-25 reps

Lateral raise  4 sets 12-15 reps

Rear Delt machine flys 5 sets 12-15 reps
