5 Reasons You Are Not Building Muscle


Building muscle is simple.  Not easy but simple.

  1. You are not stimulating your muscles properly while working out.
  2. You are not giving your muscles enough nutrition to grow.
  3. You are lifting too heavy.  Yep you heard me right!
  4. You are not giving your muscles enough recovery time.
  5. You are giving your muscles too much recovery time.
