Saturday morning shoulder workout

I sneaked away from the house this morning (while my daughter was still sleeping) to squeeze in a shoulder workout. I’ve been so busy with clients lately and it seems like anytime I’m not working I’m so tired that I have to come home and sleep with my leg elevated. I’m not sure if it’s just the healing process or the pain medication that’s keeping me so fatigued. I slept for 12 hours last night and still had to drag myself out of bed to get to the gym.
Vertical Bench press (while I was waiting for the shoulder press machine) 3 sets 15-20 reps
Shoulder press machine 5 sets 12-15 reps
Squat machine with one leg (there were some really good looking women on the next machine) 3 set 20 reps
Seated DB lateral raises 4 sets 12-15 reps
Rear delt machine flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
Leg press single leg 3 sets 20 reps (just trying to maintain in the good leg)
