Dr. Z. Catherine Navarro and fitness personality Nancy DiNino, the fabulous co-hosts of Living Beautiful Radio, invited me to appear on their show again this week. Last month at the Europa Super Show Dr. Z and Nancy gave out their second annual Living Beautiful Award. The recipient was fitness champ Jen Hendershott, and in my humble they couldn’t have picked a more worthy athlete to honor.
“Jen Hendershott truly personifies the meaning of Living Beautiful,” reads the press release from LBR. “She has been a powerful force in the fitness industry. Her multifaced roles are all nourished by the act of giving and inspiring.”
The award came with a beautiful crystal plaque and $1,000, along with a supplement package and a designer posing suit. Class act that she is, Jen announced that she would donate the money to four different causes.
