How to Get Ripped! Part 1: Lower Body Training Program
Part 1 of the How to Get Ripped Training Program is Lower Body. To increase metabolic rate we have combines traditional compound exercises with short rest periods. The strength program will consist of 3 days. Lower, Upper and Full Body. The concept is expend the most energy possible while maintaining, possibly building, and most importantly not losing muscle in the process.
We will also discuss basic nutrition on Part 4 which will also include cardio.
