Last night I had a terrible time sleeping for some reason. I had to get up early for clients this morning and just felt exhausted. Fortunately, I had time to go home and take a 2 hour nap before my workout. I had a cup of coffee, but was still feeling kinda ragged when I got to the gym, but once I got into my workout it went really really well!
Bench Press 9 sets 6-10 reps
Incline Press 6 sets 7-11 reps
Pec Fly Machine 4 sets 10-12 reps
Just for good measure I threw in a few sets of bicep work.
Standing DB Curls 4 sets 8-15 reps’
Hammer Curls 3 sets 10 reps
