I finally got my Brenda back today! We had trouble matching up schedules mid-week last week and then she left on vacation for a few days. It was great to train with her again! Have I mentioned how gorgeous she is? Of course I have! It still holds true, and I love training with gorgeous women….especially Brenda!
We both had tight schedules so we had to make the workout pretty fast and furious…. which was great! I’m getting a little more comfortable pushing free weights with the leg injury. But, it takes some concentration to keep my injured leg relaxed when I get to the really hard reps at the end of the set. I got through it all, though….hamstring tendon still intact!
Bench press 5 sets 10-12 reps
Incline Press 4 sets 8-12 reps
Pec Fly Machine 4 sets 12-15 reps
