Delicious Protein Dessert Recipes

As I continue my transformation progress one thing I’ve found is that it’s absolutely crucial to have some healthy snack and desserts that satisfy your cravings. It’s also a great variation over a shake for your protein. I use vanilla Profusion from Muscle Link and flavor from there. Of course these recipe’s can be used with any brand of protein.

Start with 2 scoops of protein.

I use either water OR Unsweetened Almond Milk (Blue Diamond Brand) OR Unsweetened Coconut Milk (So Delicious Brand).

Use a fork to mix just enough liquid to make a paste. You can now either keep it as Vanilla OR add Cinnamon OR Nutmeg OR Unsweetened Coco Powder (I use either Ghirardelli OR Droste). You can also keep some super strong espresso and keep it in the refrigerator as this can be mixed with the Vanilla or Chocolate pudding for a mocha flavoring effect. I’ve also done that with the Coco powder for a fudge ripple effect. Experiment by adding in pure almond or pure orange extract as well.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and eat plain OR with a sliced apple (great with the cinnamon) OR sliced strawberries or blackberries or mango (Heaven).

Sometimes as a treat I’ll mix 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream and 2 tablespoons of nonfat cream cheese. Sweeten this to taste and mix with a fork and spoon this onto the pudding after the pudding has sat in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. You now have high protein cheesecake (this recipe is from Savannah Rose Neveux). Note * this variation does add some calories so maybe only use it once or twice a week.

Also I’ll often use a fancy dessert glass just to give myself the psycho-euphoric illusion that I really am having a decadently delicious but lean creative dessert, yet still burning body fat at a blistering pace. I want to program my mind for fat-burning from this treat.

By the way, sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon by itself is about as delicious a treat as it gets. The ursolic acid helps with body composition and the fiber helps with regularity and colon health.

My bodyweight is 193 today… a 23 pound weight loss since I began my transformation.
