It’s no secret that Americans are fatter than ever, and many of our children are obese and have diabetic tendencies. Many blame video games and lack of exercise, which may be part of the problem; however, research presented at the European Congress on Obesity found that we eat an average of 500 extra calories per day over what people ate 30 years ago. That many extra calories can add up fast around your waist, legs and ass.
