Today Brenda brought her cute friend, Katie Jan, to workout with us. Katie is not a competitor….yet, but she’s really alot of fun to be around, so I asked Brenda to see if she wanted to train with us.
I seem to have gotten my glycogen levels back up since yesterday. My strength was really good today. I got a great pump, and got the lats really burning!
Partial Deadlifts 4 sets 15 reps
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets 8-12 reps
Seated cable row 4 sets 10-12 reps
High Pulley Row 4 sets 10-12 reps
Straight arm pulldowns 4 sets 12 reps
