Preworkout Pain Cure


www.ironmanmagazine.comHave you ever had a slight headache during a workout that ruins your entire session? If you feel it before you hit the gym, try drinking a cup of coffee.

According to Andrew Weil, M.D., in the September ’12 Prevention, the caffeine in coffee narrows the dilated blood vessels that intensify headache pain.

Coffee has also been shown to reduce the pain of muscular contraction during a resistance workout so you can push harder for better gains. And let’s not forget the great energy rush and fat-burning enhancement.
