According to research out of Tufts University, not drinking enough water can make you more confused and irritable. The debilitating-dehydration effect is mild for the most part, but it’s enough to turn a mediocre day into a bad one at work—not to mention that it can derail a workout. Don’t forget to drink water throughout the day to feel better.
