Death Breath

If you’ve ever had breath with an odor similar to roadkill, listen up.

If you’ve ever had breath with an odor similar to roadkill, listen up. A tongue scraper can help get stinky bacteria, which is often the cause, off and out. Dehydration is another possible cause. Drink more water. Also, deficiencies in zinc and thiamine, or vitamin B1, can trigger death breath, as can stress from excess cortisol release. The soy lipid phosphatidylserine can reduce cortisol by more than 30 percent, even in hard-training athletes. [Note: Cort-Bloc is a best-selling PS supplement.]
