Goals: I firmly believe that the only way to experience life to its fullest is with a strong, healthy, constantly evolving mind and body. I want to inspire, educate, challenge and motivate people to maximize their physical potential through training, fitness articles, workout spreads and videos. For my own personal challenge, I want to become a sponsored athlete and get my pro card.
