solo workout


Today I had to hit it on my own.  I stopped by the Gold’s at William Cannon and Mopac (one of my favortite gyms) after my morning clients and knocked out a pretty good chest workout on their variety of handicap accessible machines.

Vertical Bench Press Machine 5 sets 10-15 reps

Incline Press Machine  5 sets 12-15 reps

Pec Fly Machine 4 sets 12-15 reps

Seated DB Curls (cuz I felt like my bi’s were looking wimpy) 4 sets 10-12 reps

Instantized Creatine- Gains In Bulk
