According to a study published in The Journal of Nutrition, subjects getting about 300 milligrams of cocoa flavonols every day for three months had reduced sunburn, better skin hydration and reduced dermal roughness. Cocoa is good for your skin, so maybe having a bit of dark chocolate each day is a good idea—make that a great idea!
