It's been overly hot in Phoenix so I've been cramped up inside my house all day. I figured I'd film a quick video on some random fat loss tidbits.
These are things that I implement in my coaching programs and working with my clients 1 on 1 at Arizona Training Lab.
Remember, everyone is different and what works for some might not work for others. Do not major in the minutia and be consistent with your process. If you truly want to make long lasting changes you have to be willing to trust the process and practice patience.
