I do cardio for about 20 to 30 minutes every day and work on my performance three times per week.

No children yet, but I’m hopeful. I received a Kaliningrad State University diploma as a specialist in physical training and sports, a Master of Sports of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics, a Master of Sports of Russia in the international class in fitness. I was the overall Russian Fitness champion from 2004 to 2006, the overall European Fitness champion in 2005 and the overall World Fitness champion in 2006.
I’m now prepping for the Fitness Olympia. I’ll put my heart and soul into my training and performance, and I will try, as always, to exceed the expectations of the fitness world. I do that not only to please fans and inspire others to compete but also to bring new people to the sport as fans and athletes. I want to broaden the world of people who appreciate fitness competition. In Russia, people don’t have the same opportunities that Americans have to go to the gym. Americans have such an abundance of affordable fitness resources, from great gyms to the best food and nutritional supplements. I hope Americans appreciate these opportunities and take the time to exercise, eat right and respect how this benefits their health and well-being.
