I made a trip over to one my other favorite gyms this afternoon, Gold’s Gym North Austin. Since everyone is busy with work and preparation for this weekend’s NPC Captital of Texas Roundup, I was on my own again for my shoulder and arm workout.
Incline Press Machine 3 sets 10-15 reps (just to get a little chest pump going)
Overhead press machine 6 sets 12-15 reps
Seated Lateral Raise 5 sets 10-12 reps
Rear delt machine flys 4 sets 12-15 reps
Machine curls 4 sets 12-15 reps
Seated DB Curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
Seated DB tricep extension 5 sets 15-20 reps
I had a chance to talk to Brenda today. She’s looking fantastic for the show this Saturday, but is nervous about the possiblity of facing Abby in the overall posedown, should they both win their height classes. Then I ran into Abby Marie at Gold’s. She was working on posing with Ms. Fitness Olympia, Adela Garcia. She’s looking great as well, and told me that she was worried about having to compete against Brenda. I know they’ll both do well and look incredible on stage.
