Chest with Brenda

It seems like a long time since I last worked out with Brenda.  It’s only been a week, but we rarely go that long without seeing each other.  It was really fun to get to train with her today.  She’s a great friend, a really sweet person and she’s really fun to look at, too!

I must be  kinda glycogen depleted from yesteday’s leg workout because I had a really hard time getting a pump and getting a burn today.  My strength was really good, especially for as lean as I am right now (came out 2.4% on the skindex).  The Team Universe is just 11 days away, and I’m really psyched about it.

 Today’s workout:

Decline Press 2 sets 15-20 reps (we were just waiting for a flat bench)

Bench Press 5 sets 10-12 reps

Incline Press 4 sets 9-12 reps

Pec Fly machine 6 sets 12-15 reps ( I think Brenda lost track, so I  just kept doing more sets)

Just for good measure I added a few sets of biceps before I left

DB Hammer curls 3 sets 12 reps

Cable curls 2 sets 12 reps
