Time to Train INSANE!

First off, I have to say I am HONORED to have a new blog on the Iron Man website, and to be among such great company.  Iron Man has always been one of my favorite magazines – it’s the one source I could count on for fresh ideas on training info and cool new experiments with building muscle and strength, which is right up my alley as a “mad scientist” of exercise.

And being a “mad scientist” is exactly what I’m all about… 

For the past 20+ years, I’ve been in the gym constantly experimenting with the purpose of developing new and unique exercises and training methodologies designed to push the envelope of muscle growth and strength.

The exercises and training techniques you’re going to read in my blog are going to be VERY unconventional.  I’ve never been a fan of “normal” training…I find it boring and unproductive and I won’t subject you to that here.

If you’re looking for unique, new training info to blast through plateaus, target weak bodyparts in ways you’ve never even imagined and basically just have more FUN in the gym, you’re going to LOVE the stuff you read here.

This is going to be practical exercise info you can put to work in your own training immediately…info you can use both at the gym and at home, using equipment in ways you’ve never even imagined (and in ways it was never intended!), all with the goal to make you bigger and stronger.

I’m not the biggest guy in the gym and I’m not the most ripped…but I AM the most insane when it comes to training…I have a true passion for training and my aim is to bring that to you on a regular basis.
