You’ve read that social interaction, like belonging to clubs and groups, can boost your health, but you also need some solitude.

According to the November ’11 Prevention, our overly connected world can leave us “socially stuffed.” We need periods of solitude to “refresh our appetite for togetherness the same way being hungry before a meal can make it seem more delicious.” Sounds like a plus for solo workouts.
