I really like my classes this semester at East Los Angeles College and Pasadena City College; have three Health lecture courses at ELAC, and two at PCC, with one Bodybuilding class as well at the latter on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
We had our mid-term exam last week, with the students aiming for their one-rep max on both the bench press and leg press. I let some of the kids replace the bench with push-ups, but the four females in the class all went the bench/leg press route. I’ve been teaching at the college level for over 30 years and still love it.
When you see a student posing in a class–a female no less–you know who the instructor is :).
