Muscle Beach is celebrating their 75th anniversary and you are invited for a healthy action packed day that includes a fitness expo with free samples, the newest training info and a Bodybuilding/Figure&Bikini contest. Knowing promoter Joe Wheatley, you better get ready for some exciting surprises to take place during the day as well.
The festivities are from 10 – 4ish. Prejudge starts at 10:00 AM and the Finals are at 1:00 PM. The expo runs throughout the day so take your time browsing, snapping pictures of your favorite competitor or bodybuilding/fitness celebrities, making new friends and enjoying the fresh ocean breezes. The earlier the better for parking so plan ahead.
