BOC Women’s—Bucking the Trend

Talk about your really big shows. The Europa Battle of Champions Pro Women’s brought 24 female flexers to the stage in Hartford, Connecticut. It was the last opportunity of the season to qualify for the ’11 Ms. Olympia lineup, and it produced three additional contestants, two veterans and a first-year pro. Top honors went to Kim Buck, with ’10 IFBB North American champ Monique Jones getting the runner-up spot and Kim Perez taking third. See you ladies in Vegas on September 16.

Tazzie Columb, making a rare appearance in competition, snagged the fourth spot, whle Angie Salvagno rounded out the top five.
