The second show of the Muscle Beach Season, Mr. & Ms. Muscle Beach will begin on July 4th, 2007 with registration from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m., Pre-judging at 10 a.m. and finals at 1 p.m. Overall winners of the event will be included in an upcoming issue of Iron Man Magazine.
The Hall of Fame Inductees with include Franco Columbu, Mr. Olympia 1976 and 1981 as well as Pudgy Stockton posthumously one of the original Santa Monica Muscle Beach Pioneers. Franco is planning a strength demonstration for the event that will wow the audience and display his ongoing dedication to health and fitness. The Hall of Fame Awards are sponsored by Iron Man Magazine.
The event’s Host Sponsor HeadBlade will be joined by other health and fitness vendors providing education, equipment demonstrations and giveaways for the public. Thanks to Bodybuilding.com, One More Rep, Mind of Matter Clothing, Bodi-Pro, Vitamin Water, Coca Cola, House of Pain and Gold’s Gym for their support of the event.
The event is open to the public and admission is free. Thanks to the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Department for their ongoing commitment to the success of the bodybuilding events.
