Think Back for a Happy Attack

According to the December ’13 Reader’s Digest, “Longing for the past can help you fight loneliness and anxiety by bringing you closer to your loved one.”

That’s a reason to make more memories as often as you can. Take family vacations and weekend trips and take plenty of pictures, and then break out the photo albums and home movies when you’re feeling low—well, maybe not such a good idea for Kim Kardashian.
