Kevin Levrone, who underwent surgery for a torn triceps in late August, told promoter Wayne DeMilia on Thursday that he will be competing in this year?s Mr. Olympia, to be held this Saturday, October 25, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Stunner’Levrone to Compete in ‘Olympia!

Kevin Levrone, who underwent surgery for a torn triceps in late August, told promoter Wayne DeMilia on Thursday that he will be competing in this year’s Mr. Olympia, to be held this Saturday, October 25, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

Levrone, the 5’9″, 245-pounder from Glen Burnie, Maryland, finished second behind five-time Mr. O Ronnie Coleman in last season’s showdown, and bested Coleman in the final two rounds before losing in a controversial decision. Levrone, 39, has four runner-up finishes on his ‘Olympia resume.

In another ‘Olympia news, DeMilia announced that the contest, which aired on pay-per-view in 2002 for the first time, will again be shown on INDEMAND pay-per-view in the United States and StarChoice and Viewer’s Choice in Canada. The event will be carried live by these networks starting at 7 pm PST/10 pm EST, for $29.95

“This year’s broadcast will again feature the “Fans Talk Back ‘ feature at www.Physical.TV where you can register your vote for who you believe are the real top 10,” said DeMilia. “This is a great opportunity for the fans to make their voice heard. “

“Physical.TV and the IFBB present this year’s Mr. Olympia 2003 Live! on iNDEMAND pay-per-view in the U.S. and StarChoice and Viewer’s Choice in Canada. The event will be carried live by these networks starting at 7:00 pm Pacific / 10:00 pm Eastern US time and the fee is only $29.95.
