Shes the Pits: Jenny Lynn Takes the Pittsburgh Pro
Jenny Lynn picked up the second pro victory of her career on May 3 at the IFBBs second-ever professional figure competition, the Pittsburgh Pro. As a testament to the popularity of the newest form of physique contestand the number of women who have ascended to the pros since the NPC instituted amateur figure shows two years ago31 buff beauties made a beeline for the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall for the judging. For the most part the panel continued to be impressed with the bodies that caught its collective eye at the Figure International in February. Lynn, who was also top bod at that show, scored a 10-point win over runner-up Davana Medina, with Mari Kudla 11 points behind Medina in third. All three earned invites to the Figure Olympia, although Jenny and Davana, who was third at the earlier contest, were already qualified for the big show.
Newcomer Dina Al-Sabah cut through the fortress of fine physiques to finish fourth, while Elaine Goodlad, sixth at the Figure I, was just four points behind her in fifth. Heres a rundown of the placings:
