Pain-Free With Pepper

Help for migraines.

Many people suffer from migraine headaches, whether from food allergies, stress or overexertion. One proven remedy for many is cayenne pepper, as it disables neurotransmitters in the brain that can cause headaches. Try mixing a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in a glass of warm water, then dab some of the mixture in your nostrils with a cotton swab. It will burn somewhat, but once that stops, your headache should be gone or at least much less intense.
