Mass Mysteries Solved

November 26, 2008 by Iron Man Magazine  in Magazine, Reader's Write

I want to thank Jonathan Lawson and Steve Holman for all of their terrific training advice. They’re doing a great job explaining how the science of muscle building works. For more than 40 years I’ve studied all the bodybuilding literature I could lay my hands on. There is such a bewildering variety of methods, all claiming to be the best. But because none could explain how the science worked, I could never make an informed judgment as to the best system to adopt. Thanks to Holman and Lawson’s research, even at my age I feel confident to proceed with their scientifically sound methods. All the pieces of the jigsaw are falling into place. I can’t thank them enough. Keep up the great work.
