Jen Aragon – Asian Sensation

Optimum Nutrition Athlete Jen Aragon Went From 200 Pounds of Blubber to Bikini Stunner

Seven years ago Jen Aragon became the proud mother of a baby boy, Taj Keoni. She had packed on lots of baby weight, but after her pregnancy the weight didn’t start disappearing as is usually the case. Instead, her bodyfat began to rise and crested at a rotund 200 pounds—at 5’4″. She was horrified at her condition, so she decided to get serious and join a gym.

It took three years and a continuous battle to conquer her addiction to food. She says it’s still a constant struggle, but she obviously has it under control, having stepped onstage and competed successfully in NPC bikini contests—at 110 pounds. Quite an accomplishment considering where she started.

“Accept the pain, make it your friend! You’re stronger than you think you are!”
