Is Muscle Confusion Real?


I've had a couple of clients tell me they were excited to try my bootcamp classes because it was different than what they were previously doing. They were excited for the "muscle confusion."

I understood what they meant even though it wasn't 100% accurate. Here's a better way of understanding it:
