We’ve all been on road trips, found ourselves hungry and then settling for a burger and fries. Not good. There are better quick choices. According to the March ’11 Health, there are two perfect choices for bodybuilders. The first is scrambled egg whites, chicken sausage and fruit at Denny’s. It’s got 230 calories, nine grams of fat, 19 grams of protein and 19 grams of carbs.

Another good choice is the Western Egg White and Cheese Muffin Melt at Subway. They’re small, so get two. You’ll be putting down 320 calories, eight grams of fat, 30 grams of protein and 38 grams of carbs.
