During the peak of summer new clients from all over the globe seek our customized help in busting through fat-loss plateaus so they can show off a great six-pack while feeling fabulous! Blood work quickly reveals the barriers to success, which center around the hormones that govern fat loss, muscle growth and energy levels.

Overtraining Piles on Belly Fat

Anyone who has been cranking up the steady-state cardio and weight training for more than an hour and cutting back food intake too much is creating a hormonal roadblock that will prevent fat loss and waste muscle so fast it will make your head spin. Metabolism grinds to a halt as a result of the hormonal disaster and can only be revived with the proven tactics described below.

“The proper training, nutrition, supplementation and recovery strategies can naturally optimize the hormonal environment, leading to an average of 10 to 20 pounds of fat loss in 30 to 60 days primarily from the midsection. I have reviewed tens of thousands of patient blood work tests over the last 15 years and know exactly what ratios lead to rapid fat loss success.” —Eric Serrano M.D.

Cortisol is a fat-storing, muscle-wasting juggernaut that increases due to emotional, economic, genetic and physical stressors, specifically overtraining! The harder you push with more training volume as it exceeds your capacity to recover, the higher the cortisol levels rise, which stimulates fat storage through multiple pathways, especially in the midsection for men and legs for women. Poor insulin sensitivity resulting from elevated cortisol, which is a huge barrier to fat loss, can be corrected by using Alpha Omega M3 with meals.

Dr. Serrano developed Alpha Omega M3 based on several successful patient fat-loss experiments designed to force fat cells to use more stored fat as fuel.

Eating Clean Is Not Enough to Get You a Great Physique

These plateau conditions cause tremendous carbohydrate sensitivity, making a low-carb, high-protein, high-dietary-fat nutrition plan a great solution. Still, you cannot eat the same things every day in similar proportions because the metabolism will die off. Our clients execute dietary-fat and carb-loading strategies on training days to prevent metabolic staleness, increase fat-burning enzymes and optimize fat-burning hormones.

Those strategic loading days serve as a cheat meal of sorts—with good food sources—and they deliver a big mental lift while simultaneously fueling increased rates of fat loss, recovery and muscle growth.

Crush Cortisol, Accelerate Performance and Recovery, and Send Fat Burning Through the Roof

100% MR and Muscle Synthesis contain a proprietary blend of amino acids developed by Dr. Serrano to mimic the composition of muscle tissue and optimize the hormonal environment. The brain/muscle connection recognizes the perfect composition of the proprietary ratios, promoting both rapid and high rates of raw material utilization.

Taken between meals and around training, 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis make the brain believe a massive amount of food has been consumed. As a result, the metabolic rate increases, but there is nothing to burn except stored fat, since the 100% MR and Muscle Synthesis have no caloric burden.  That leaves only bodyfat to be burned by a raging metabolism.

Training Quality Over Quantity to Double the Rate of Success

When fixing “Cortisol Kings and Queens” to unleash their fat-burning potential, we customize training and nutrition plans through Internet consulting, but in general we increase training density by using antagonistic supersets with very short rest periods to increase fat-burning hormones while minimizing the stress response from training. These action-packed sessions last less than 45 minutes three to four times per week and utilize heavy load with proper form and rep speeds.

Maintaining a high level of intensity defined by the loading per rep takes a great deal of skill, as it relates to program design, to maximize the output of the nervous system, which governs strength. The higher the work quality, the faster the bodyfat will be lost and the muscle will be earned.

Uncover Your Core Muscles in 30 Days With Sprints

We eliminate steady-state cardio in favor of high-intensity interval sprints that are very challenging, but can be done in 20 to 30 minutes twice per week. Utilizing various interval venues, timing, resistance and more, we never let routines get stale, enabling clients to maintain low bodyfat year-round without sacrificing hard-earned muscle.
