Fast Asleep a Bad Sign?

Could signify sleep deprivation.

When you hit the sack at night, do you go right to sleep within five minutes after your head hits the pillow? That could be a bad sign, one that indicates sleep deprivation, according to the September ’10 Prevention. Being that tired means you may not have gotten enough sleep the night before. Try hitting the hay 30 minutes earlier each night. It will be good for your health, alertness and muscle gains.
