How an organized home gym affects your activity level.

According to a study out of Indiana University-Purdue University, data collected on about 1,000 subjects, aged 49 to 65, found that “the interior condition of their house seemed to be the only thing affecting their physical activity.” The more organized their environment, the more exercise they did. That no doubt goes for your home gym too. The more organized you keep it, the more inviting it is and the more you’ll use it.
