The Emerald Cup Expo in Seattle, Washington (the largest strength and fitness related expo in The Pacific Northwest)
In 2012, CraigProductions.com sold over 7,000 general admission tickets and the NPC stage had over 500 bodybuilding, physique, fitness and bikini competitors!
The Total Prize Money Will Be Announced No Later Than Friday, March 15th. (At LEAST 3 people will win $1,000 a piece.)
The Entry Forms Will Be Posted Online No Later Than Tuesday, March 19th.
The Sign-Up Deadline Is Friday, April 12th.
The Minimum Opening Attempt Requirement Will Be 650 Pounds (walked out and taken noticeably below parallel.)
All or most of the prize money will be going to those who can raw squat 750 pounds or more.
Lightweights and Middleweights (athletes weighing less than 200lbs) who can raw squat 600+ can also participate if interested.
Lady Powerlifters can also participate if qualified (please contact our promotional office to discuss.)
Some financial compensation can be made available to assist proven 800+ pound raw squatters with covering some of their travel costs (please contact our promotional office to discuss.)
Same Day Weigh-In (for this particular competition, the weigh-ins will take place 3 to 4 hours before the lifting begins on stage.)
Squat Suits are NOT allowed.
Knee Wraps, Powerlifting Belts and PrimoChalk.com brand chalk is legal.
The squats must be walked out (in the past, if we’ve used a monolift type of rack, we have not used the swing arm feature) and taken BELOW parallel.
The equipment to be used on stage will include a Texas Strength Systems “IPF Style” Squat Rack, Ivanko Barbell brand weight plates and collars and a Texas Squat Bar.
The Hardcore Powerlifting Federation does not engage in any form of drug testing.
Craig Productions is providing Hardcore Powerlifting with the stage that is located in the ultra lounge on the 2nd floor of the convention center. This ultra lounge is where all of the 7,500+ tradeshow attendees will go for refreshments, food and adult beverages, so this will be a very high traffic area with a lot of visibility and crowd appeal. Craig Productions is also installing a professional sound and lighting system plus a giant projector screen showing a live feed from the NPC stage down on the 1st floor of the building. Craig Productions will also host late night after parties (dance floor, DJ and a full bar) following the powerlifting competitions on both days of the festival.

The next day Hardcore Powerlifting will be assisting Dave Palumbo, Bryan Hildebrand, Sally Anne Taylor and company with running RxMuscle’s Bros VS Pros $$$ deadlifting challenge. To date, RxMuscle has ran over a dozen of these fun and successful promotions all over the USA and we’re confident that this outing will be one of their best yet! RxMuscle.com offers max deadlifting and deadlifting for reps and they’ve featured both men and women’s divisions at all of their promotions. This competition will be taking place on the same stage and also from 1PM till 5PM (Saturday, May 4th.)
