The contest is broken down into three parts.

Train with Ava Cowan or Ronda Rousey entries will be accepted until 11:59PM EST 5/31/12

Train with Flex Lewis or Rich Gaspari entries will be accepted until 11:59PM EST 7/31/12

Train with Brian Stann or Frankie Edgar entries will be accepted until 11:59PM EST 9/30/12

Each of the three first prizes includes a 3-day, 2-night trip for the winner to train with one of the Team Gaspari members, an autograph and photo session, round-trip air transportation, hotel accommodations, $500 spending money, and a one-year supply of the Gaspari Peak Performance Stack (SuperPump Max, Anavite, MyoFusion Probiotic Series). One of the three first prize winners will also receive the Grand Prize of $25,000. Team Gaspari is also giving away thousands in second place memorabilia and Gaspari Nutrition products.
